Protests and protests in Iran and eastern Kurdistan continue
Due to the almost complete breakthrough of the Internet, the extent of the killings has not been fully determined
20-11-2019 - The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNHCR) confirmed that repressive forces were using shotguns against Iranian protesters.  At the same time, due to the almost complete breakthrough of the Internet, the extent of the killings has not been fully determined.  According to reports, the dead are buried nightly, quietly in the past six days.
Hamidullah Quli was killed on Sunday, November 17, in clashes with agents in Shahriar.
Yesterday, the body handed over to the family was buried in complete silence with only 10 people in the village of Bardabad Shahriar.  Father Allah is a veteran and served for 100 months on the Iran-Iraq War front.
Reports said last night that some of the protesters' bodies in Marivan were buried in silence.
No casualties were reported in Shiraz, Ahvaz, Isfahan, Zahedan, Tehran, Mahshahr and Kermanshah.  Amnesty International speculated yesterday that the death toll was at least 106 in a three-fold range.
Spokesman for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Rupert Colville, expressed concern at the number of casualties listed in official reports:
"We are deeply concerned about the violence in Iran that is not in line with world standards.  Especially the use of firearms against protesters in Iran”.
Colville goes on to point out that although the rise in gas prices has triggered protests, it is not the main cause, but there are "deeper reasons for the protests,” he said.  The nationwide protests in Iran began in response to a 300 percent increase in gasoline prices last Friday in Ahwaz, and soon spread to more than 100 large and small Iranian cities.
Protests and protests have begun in the last six days in 17 provinces of Iran, and today there are continuous protests on Wednesday, with many large cities in Iran shutting down and the internet still shut down.
Security forces in the city of Kermanshah have besieged the city and brought the city into a state of martial law,” the Kordapa news agency reported.
The source said that the Karmasan military bases, including Dowlat Abad, fired at the people and killed two brothers, one of whom was 16 years old.
The identities of many of those killed in Kermanshah have not yet been released, but names such as "Ramin Mirzaie 21, Nader Biranvand 22, and Mozafar Zahiri, son of Nasor" have been released.
At Taleghani Hospital, the martyrs and the injured are transferred to a special ward and only the security forces are allowed to enter.
According to human rights organization Hengav, 47 people have been martyred in protests in the cities of Kermanshah, Sunni, Saqqez and Bukan over the past six days, and more than 3,000 have been arrested and hundreds injured.
No real statistics on the number of martyrs and wounded are available because of the persistent internet reasoning ordered by Iran's security centers.
