Ukraine: Tehran deliberately shot down a passenger plane
That's what said Alexei Danilov, secretary of the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine
18-04-2021 - Alexei Danilov, secretary of the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine, which oversees the investigation into the downing of a Ukrainian plane over Tehran, said Iran had deliberately flown the plane “to avoid entering a cycle of military tensions with the United States”  Overthrew, this is the first direct accusation made by a Ukrainian official against Iran in this regard.
“Iran will not allow any party to investigate the tragedy”, he told the Canadian newspaper Globe and Mail.
It is not acceptable for me to say that this was just a coincidence,” he said, “This incident was a deliberate and deliberate act.
Danilov also added that during his visit to Tehran after the plane crash, he expressed his views to his Iranian counterpart, Ali Shamkhani, but Shamkhani only assured him that his political faction was not involved in the incident.
Ukraine's Deputy Prosecutor General Gondoz Mammadov also accused Iran of concealing the identities of 10 people accused of shooting down a civilian passenger plane with a vague cover under the pretext of confidentiality, and in his tweet yesterday noted that his country had asked Tehran to provide information about these people. He also announced on Thursday (April 14th) that plans had been made for a (virtual) meeting of Ukrainian officials via the Internet with Tehran's new military prosecutor.
Mammadov added that Ukraine was once again able to obtain information about the downing of the passenger plane through the "media", but that this information was "hidden" in the context of the official talks.
According to him, under international law, countries working together on a criminal case must share information with each other.
Deliberate concealment
The deputy attorney general accused Iranian regime officials of “deliberately concealing the dimensions of this horrific crime” and warned that Kiaf “has the legal means to administer justice and will certainly use them.
According to a report by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, Ukrainian officials are trying to communicate via the Internet with Nasser Siraj, Tehran's new military prosecutor who has replaced Gholamabbas Turki.
It is worth noting that the Ukrainian airliner was shot down by missiles fired by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards shortly after taking off from Tehran International Airport on January 8, 2020, killing all its occupants.
Following the tragedy, Iranian officials, after days of secrecy and contradictory statements, acknowledged that Tehran's air defenses had fired at a Boeing plane flying to Kiev.
