ISIS emir responsible for beheading 4 Peshmerga killed in coalition airstrike
From Rudaw.net-Erbil
20-02-2017 - ERBIL, Kurdistan Region –An ISIS emir said to have been involved in the beheading of four Peshmerga soldiers was killed in the ISIS held town of Hawija on Sunday in an airstrike by the US-led global coalition, the Kurdistan Region’s counter-terrorism forces said in a statement.
It said it was a joint operation between the coalition and the Erbil security agency known as Asayesh.
“In revenge for the blood of the Peshmerga martyrs of Kurdistan, the directorate of Erbil security in coordination with the coalition forces killed in an airstrike terrorist Telib Ulaywi Hamdani in Hawija, known as Abu Zar  on Sunday morning at 11:40 am. He was an emir in charge of the ISIS tax office for Kirkuk,” the statement added.
Hawija, some 55 km southwest of Kirkuk, is where the extremist group notoriously paraded at least 18 Peshmerga soldiers in metal cages in early 2015, as was seen in a propaganda video released by ISIS.
